MISSING FROM THE LIST?
If you have already paid and registered and your name is not on this list please
email the Autocrat at: wickedpirate@gmail.com.
Please review the following information carefully as there are significant changes this year.
Camping: The location and configuration of Merchants Row should allow for some limited camping behind your booth depending on the depth you require. (See link to Site Layout Map above.) If you requested space for camping on your registration form, that space will be reserved for you. If you have not, we will try to provide space behind your merchant pavilion but be prepared to camp in general camping if additional space is not available.
Parking: Keep in mind that mundane vehicles parked behind booths are prohibited completely unless disguised and pre-approved by the Harbor Master. Anyone with a medical or handicap issue please be advised that there will be special parking spots allotted at the front of parking but RVs and other vehicles are not allowed in merchanting areas after set up.. All merchants must: be prepared to unload their vehicle quickly and move it to the designated parking area. All vehicles in the loading/unloading area need to have a driver nearby while in the area in case they need to be moved to allow others access to the space. Do not leave your vehicle in merchant areas over night. If you need more than 4 hours to unload your vehicle please get permission from the Harbor Master ahead of time.
Night-time
Merchanting: Those who wish to stay open later may feel free
to put lights up. However, electricity is very limited, so be
prepared to provide all your own lighting. Generators are not
allowed. (Anyone needing power for sleep apnea machines etc. will need to
bring their own battery.)
Special Requests: If you have a request for something special, such as a certain location or neighbor that was marked on your registration form we are trying to honor all these request but we make no guarantees of being able to fill them.
Pets:
All dogs and/or cats must have proper documentation (tags or vet letter) of
rabies vaccinations, and be under control at
